Who we are

Emma & Lys is the coloring book brand of Mathilda & Co LLC, the data controller (see the legal notice). For any question about your data, write to hello@emmaandlys.com.

What we collect

Only if you join the list:

• your email address, and your first name if you give it;
• the language of the page you signed up on;
• the book you scanned the code from, when there is one. It tells us which books make readers want to stay in touch.

If you don't sign up, this site asks you for nothing. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It only remembers, in your browser, which Amazon store you picked.

Why

To send you your 5 coloring pages, then our new releases, about once a month. That's all. We never sell or rent your address to anyone.

The legal basis is your consent, which you confirm through a validation email (double opt-in). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who has access

• MailerLite, our email tool, stores the list on our behalf.
• Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this site. Like any host, it keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested) to run and protect the service.

The "See on Amazon" buttons take you to Amazon. From there, Amazon's privacy policy applies.

How long

Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe. After that, it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Just write to hello@emmaandlys.com. If you are in the EU or UK and our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can contact your data protection authority.
